A foundation for the community

In February 2017 the Compignano Foundation was established, the aim of which is to:

• support and develop the town of Compignano by promoting the safeguarding, appreciation and conservation of its local historic and artistic heritage;
• raise awareness about the historic, cultural, environmental and artistic heritage of Compignano and its territory and the local folk traditions;
• promote social cohesion and inclusion amongst the people of Compignano, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable groups, by creating and promoting initiatives geared towards favoring integration and the coming together of town citizens.
